I did a project with year 10s in Rastrick High School as part of Hebden Bridge Arts larger project with 6 community groups called Landmarks.
I chose the theme Connections to Nature as a good starting point for the students to think about the places, outdoor activities or wildlife that were special to them and connected them to nature. We did relief collagraphs and collages with printed papers, as well as some work in their sketchbooks, and then everyone chose one piece to put in an exhibition at Gibson Mill.
